awesome breakfast, service and the atmosphere in the beautiful courtyard was nice.
The café from a sieve carrier would be a suggestion for improvement, whereby the personnel must of course be able to handle it

Casa Delfino charmed me completely. The location in Old Town made it easy to explore the area's shops and restaurants. I loved the included breakfast. Fresh pastries, homemade treats, and delicious coffee every morning in a pretty courtyard set the tone for the day. The staff were friendly and genuinely eager to help with anything I needed. They arranged dinner reservations and offered fantastic recommendations. The rooftop bar served fine views of the harbor, perfect for evening relaxation. My room was a bit cramped, particularly the bathroom. It felt tight with the family of four. The steep stairs to the first room were a concern for safety, especially at night. Shifting to one level was necessary for comfort. Despite these issues, the comfort of the bed and the overall décor still won me over. I'd recommend careful room selection if traveling with mobility issues. While it felt pricey, the ambiance and really good service made it worthwhile.

If you're into fresh seafood, you can't miss the amazing salmon at nearby Okeanida! Plus, the breakfasts were legendary-think homemade delicacies galore! The rooftop bar offers killer views of the harbor, perfect for winding down after a fun day exploring Chania.
On the flip side, it was a bit pricey for what you get, and that steep stair situation in the first room could be tricky for some.

The hotel was one of the best I’ve ever experienced, with a prime location just steps from the city center. The staff went above and beyond, even surprising us with a birthday cake for my daughter. The beautifully renovated mansion provided a unique atmosphere and had spacious, clean rooms. Breakfast was delicious, although I would like to see more options. It created a comfortable and nice stay for my family.

My wife and I absolutely loved our stay at Casa Delfino. We lived in Chania for 2 1/2 years and recently went back for a visit. We just stayed 1 night at the hotel and it was well worth it. Very friendly staff, beautiful and romantic rooms - all with a great location in Chania. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a charming, romantic hotel in the Chania harbor area.
